The GIHS Hospital Administration Program is designed to provide healthcare professionals more in detail coverage of the skills to manage and administer their hospitals as well as to prepare hospital administrators and executives for overseeing implementation programs and improvement projects. This course exposes participants to the complex organization of hospitals, internal operations, processes, roles, management techniques, information needs and technology utilization in the different departments of the hospital system.
